The Cruze Wagon 1.4T offers fuel efficiency and packs an extra punch with a 140ps performance while providing good fuel economy with the help of a smooth 6-speed Automatic Transmission.

SETTING NEW STANDARDS IN SAFETY
The Chevrolet Cruze is the first passenger car to receive maximum scores in both frontal offset collision and side impact crash against a moving deformable barrier tests since EuroNCAP began providing crash test ratings in 1997.
The Cruze incorporates a host of structural enhancements and a full range of active and passive safety systems – all designed to place it among the safest vehicles in its class. In fact, it has earned, with flying colours, the top 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating and has also made Euro NCAP history by scoring top marks in two collision tests.
STRUCTURE AND ARCHITECTURE
- A unibody of high-strength steel incorporates full-length frame rails and a safety cage into a single, welded unit.
- Body Frame Integral (BFI) architecture is stiffer than any other in the global compact car segment.
- An extremely strong structure and stiff body with efficient and effective load paths provide Cruze maximum protection in the event of a collision from virtually any direction.
COMPLEX NERVE SYSTEM
- Rollover Sensing uses sensors to proactively predict vehicle “tip up” on a flat road surface, and applies brake force to the outside front and rear wheels in order to reduce lateral force in the vehicle.
- Vehicle Stability Enhancement System+ with Traction Control (VSES) works to automatically correct oversteer and understeer, keeping Cruze traveling in the desired direction.
- Collapsible pedal assembly reduces the chance of lower extremity injuries to the driver in the event of a front collision.
- 4-wheel disc brakes with ABS.
SUSPENSION
MacPherson strut-type front suspension system with damping and spring rates that are tuned to ensure an optimal balance of comfort and handling agility. Hydraulic ride bushings (found more commonly on luxury vehicles) that help result in a higher degree of ride isolation and a quieter performance.
