One World Futbol Project
Chevrolet is also playing its part at the grassroots level. One World Futbol Project is an organisation focused on nurturing the playing of football by young people in impoverished regions. Very often the “pitches” they play on are not ideal – and balls get punctured easily. Through its partnership with One World Futbol Project, Chevrolet has pledged to donate 1.5 million “virtually indestructible” footballs to organisations working with young people in war-stricken zones, refugee camps, disaster areas and other disadvantaged communities. Chevrolet is proud to be One World Futbol Project’s first corporate sponsor.
