Contest Mechanics

Name of Lucky Draw : “Win a Paid Trip for 2 to Watch Man Utd Live at Old Trafford”

*Purchase any Chevrolet (advertised on Chevrolet’s FB page and Straits Times) to stand a chance to win a paid trip for two (2) to watch Manchester United VS Liverpool Live match at Old Trafford.

Closing Date

  1. Lucky draw qualifying period is from 10 September to 7 December 2016.

Prizes

  1. Two (2) winners will be drawn, one (1) from NEW PURCHASE and one (1) from REFERRAL
  2. Two (2) winners will be drawn and announced on FB on 27 December 2016. Two (2) winners will be contacted via email on 27 December 2016. If there are no responses within a week, there will be a re-draw of the winner(s) and it will supersede the first drawn winner(s).
  3. Only valid Sales Agreements dated from 10 September to 7 December 2016 are eligible for this lucky draw. New Chevrolet Vehicle must be registered by 20 December 2016.
  4. Two (2) winners will each walk away with:
  5. A pair of Manchester United VS Liverpool match tickets at Old Trafford on 15 January 2017
  6. Two (2) Economy class tickets via Emirates to Manchester, UK (Return Air Tickets)
  7. 4D3N Hotel Accommodation

Prizes are non-transferrable and must include the name of the vehicle purchaser as one of the traveller.

  1. Two (2) winners will collect their prizes at the Chevrolet showroom, located at 7 Ubi Close, Alpine Centre, Singapore, upon tickets issued.

  1. This Lucky Draw is organised by Chevrolet Singapore on its various media platforms (“Platforms”) as follow:
  • Facebook – Chevrolet Singapore from 10th September 2016
  • Straits Times – From 17th September 2016
  1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Lucky Draw, and apply in addition to any applicable terms of use found on the Platforms. Before entering the lucky draw, please read these terms carefully.
  2. Staff and family members of staff of General Motors, Alpine Motors Pte Ltd, Auto Germany Pte Ltd, Alpine Credit Pte Ltd and Alpine Car Rental Pte Ltd are not eligible for this Lucky Draw.
  3. You agree to be bounded by these terms and acknowledge that the details you have provided are true, accurate and complete.
  4. Lucky Draw Mechanics and Timelines are fixed as mentioned above.
  5. Chevrolet Singapore reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the Lucky Draw and to substitute any prize with one of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
  6. You understand and agree that in order to be in the running for the Lucky Draw, Chevrolet Singapore or a third party administrator must collect and use personally identifiable information about Participants and will from time to time contact Participants via their e-mail and/or other addresses as provided. All information gathered by Chevrolet Singapore will be shared with third party administrators, for the limited purpose of administering this Contest.
  7. All decision of the panel of judges are final and binding on any matter pertaining to the Contest.
  8. Winners of the Lucky Draw grant Chevrolet Singapore the right to publish the results of the Contest and Prizes, and disclose and publish their information (including name) on the Platforms.
  9. You acknowledge that Chevrolet Singapore does not own or host the Platforms and the relevant privacy notice found at the Platforms will apply.
  10. This Contest is not sponsored by or associated with Instagram, Facebook and/or Straits Times.
  11. Should appointed winners fail to respond within 1 week from the first point of contact, Chevrolet Singapore reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s).
  12. Under no circumstances shall Chevrolet Singapore be liable for any loss and/or damage incurred by any party (including without limitation to the loss of income, profits or goodwill whether the same be direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive) nor shall Chevrolet Singapore be liable for any special damages to any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Contest and/or the prizes, even if Chevrolet Singapore have been advised of the possibility of such loss and/or damages in advance, and all such loss and/or damages have been expressly excluded.
